The Statement of Certification (SoC) tab will show all certificates issues to a Certified Person (CP) and the status (Issued, Accepted, Rejected), save a draft SoC to issue at a later date and issue a new Statement of Certification.
To access the Statement of Certification tab you will need to first access the appropriate register, select the Employees tab and then select the relevant Certified Person.
Under the Statement of Certification section you can view any previous SoCs select the appropriate date from the issued SoC table. The SoC will open and you can review the details along with the reason if the SoC was rejected.
To save the statement of certificate to be issued at a later date you can select Save Draft.
To issue the Statement of Certificate, you as the issuer will need to select all Declarations first. The last declaration is :
‘I am satisfied that this person is a fit and proper person to perform the Certification Function(s)
specified above’
If the submissions are set as Enforced on the settings tab, and any submission has an open alert, the
system will not allow you to issue a SoC.
The Declaration submissions for this CP can be reviewed and actioned under the Declarations tab.
When a certification is issued, a notification email will be sent to the CP so they can log into their training account and review the certificate, they will then be asked whether they want to accept or reject the statement.
