The Profile tab will show the attributes held in the system against the Certified Person (CP) or Other Conduct Rules (OCR) staff, the same attributes you would see if searched for the user in user management.
To access the Profile tab you will need to first access the appropriate register, select the Managers tab and then select the relevant CP or OCR.
In this view the attributes will be read only except the only attribute you should be able to update are the IRN number. However if you have a data feed in place and you are sending the IRN number via user provisioning you will be unable to change the IRN number here and should instead ensure it is updated via the feed.
If you wish to remove a CP or OCR from the register scroll to bottom of the profile page and click Remove from register.
