The Employees tab of the Staff register shows all Certified Person (CPs) and Other Conduct Rule (OCRs) staff added to the register and you can review if the CP has been issued a certificate along with the current status and certification dates and if there is a draft certificate saved. You can also view if the user account of the CP or OCR has been archived.
You will need access to the Management Console and SMCR registers. On the registers tab click on the certified persons register to access the Certified Persons tab*
If the CP and OCR have not been linked to an audience group, then you will need to add them manually to the register:
- To add a new CP to the register go to the Add CPs section of the page.
- To add a new OCR member of staff to the register go to the Add OCRs section of the page.
You can type or copy and paste the email addresses into the text box. You can add more than one at a time as long as each email separated by commas, semi-colons or a new line.
Once you are happy click Add users
If adding multiple users you will see a note of how many have been successfully added or any that could not be added. (The reasons why a user may not be added are because there is not a matching live account for that user)
