The Statement of Responsibilities tab will show all certificates issues to a Senior Manager and the status (Issued, Accepted, Rejected), save a draft SoR to issue at a later date and issue a new Statement of Responsibility.
To access the Statement of Responsibilities tab you will need to first access the appropriate register, select the Managers tab and then select the relevant Senior Manager.
Under the Statement of Responsibilities section you can view responsibilities currently mapped to the Senior Manager. View review any previous SoR select the appropriate date from the issued SoR table. The SoR will open and you can review the details along with the reason if the SoR was rejected.
When you wish to issue a new SoR you add text into the supplementary information field this will also show on the certificate.
To save statement for later, click Save Draft or to issue the statement click Issue Statement of Responsibilities.
Any changes since the last issued statement will be highlighted in red
A notification will be sent out to the SM so they can log into the portal and review the statement, they will then be asked whether they want to accept or reject the statement.
