Training records integrations serve the purpose of integrating between the Skillcast platform and another LMS or HR system.
All training records created on the the Skillcast application when a user accesses their training can be fed back to another platform. You may want to do this to centralise all training records. We have a number of ways to do this, some on an automated basis.
- Regular upload of a spreadsheet/csv file to an SFTP site.
- Manual download from our portal by your responsible person.
- If you use a common Platform/System, we can write code to integrate with your API - we have existing external connections with People HR, Workday and Degreed.
- We provide a REST API which you can have a developer integrate with.
We will work with you to help you decide which of these would be most suitable for your company given your security policies and systems setup.
