Viewing the module as a learner allows us to test the module in two important ways; immediately after we make a change/add something to a page and once we are ready with our changes and want to perform a final quality assurance test before the module goes live to users.
If you do not have access to this view as learner button, kindly speak to your Customer Success Manager, who will be able to give you the permissions you require.
Follow the steps below to view the module as a learner:
Viewing the module immediately after making a change:
This will allow you to resume the test on the last page you were viewing and you will be able to jump from one page to another without having to start from the first page every time. We suggest this test while you are actively making changes and also to close and reopen the tab after every new change. Refreshing the page may not be enough to view your new changes.
1. On the right side of the page, click on View as learner (SCORM)
2. Click on Resume current attempt
Viewing the module as a new learner (for quality assurance):
This will allow you to start viewing the module from the very first page, as if you were a brand new user. You will not be able to jump from one page to another until you view those pages. We suggest that you do this test once you are ready from all your changes and want to test it well for quality assurance before the changes go live to users.
1. On the right side of the page, click on View as learner (SCORM)
2. Click on Start new attempt
