In using the Editor, it is easy to introduce errors that can break the final course. HTML/Code is a landscape full of potential conflicts between intention and outcome, and our CMS Editor is a powerful tool, developed in-house over almost two decades, with a lot of flexibility in how it is used. New Production Team members need months learning how to use it.
Skillcast spends a lot of resources on quality assurance and testing prior to every course roll-out. Quality assurance becomes a more complicated matter when persons outside of our Production Team use the tools to make content, as testing and ensuring we never roll out a broken course still has to take place. Quality Assurance and Testing is a conversation you will need to have with your Relationship Manager (RM) and/or Customer Success Manager (CSM), once you know what your intentions and plans are for making your own content.
