Once a compliance register has been completed, based on the answers given there may be alerts that require actions to be taken. Some alerts will be closed automatically for example in the case where the users is given instructions to contact the office manager or the IT support desk.
Closed alerts, whether closed automatically or by an admin user, can up updated and reopened if required.
You will be able to access the submissions through the Management information reports and select the relevant submission you would like to action by selecting View submission.
If you need to reopen an alert, you will need to add a comment which can include some action points then using the dropdown, change the status to Open and select Update
You can add comments to closed alerts by adding a comment into the text field and select Update without having to change the alert status.
