Once a compliance register has been completed, based on the answers given there may be alerts that require actions to be taken.
Depending on how you have decided to manage your compliance declarations, you may receive a copy of the email sent to the user including details of any open alerts.
You will then be able to access the submissions through the Management information reports and select the relevant submission you would like to action by selecting View submission.
You will be able to easily identify any alerts that is still open as they are framed in a red box and have the word Open noted in the top right hand corner.
You will have the ability to add some comments in the open text box, and update to keep a clear audit of the actions taken, and select Update.
Once the alert has been resolved, you will be able to Close the alert using the drop and selecting Update.
