Once a compliance declaration has been submitted, users with the relevant admin access will be able to review and access the details of the submission and any open alerts.
You will need access to the Management Console, the domain where the compliance declaration is located and Management information.
Go to the Management Console, under the Management information reports, you can use the search field to find the correct compliance declaration report.
Click on the report you would like to review
Once the report has opened, you will be presented with a high-level overview which includes the submission date, the person's details who made the submission the total number of Open and Closed Alerts, and the Score and the RAG rating.
To review the details of each submission, click on View submission.
Once the submission is opened, you can review all the open and closed alerts, review the transcript and if the user has submitted additional declarations, you can toggle between these by selecting the different submissions from the dropdown list.
