This area of the portal allows administrators to share files with other administrators and the Skillcast Customer Success Team securely*.
Files uploaded to the File exchange are uploaded to specific domains. In this way you can give or restrict access to other admins. You may wish to move files to another domain so they are visible to other admins.
When you are logged in, click on the Management Console tab in the navigation banner, and then on the File exchange link on the right-hand side.
You can use the search filed or the column filters to look for a specific file or files.
Click to check the boxes next to the file or files you want to move and click on the Actions drop down. Under the Move domain heading select the domain you want to move your file(s) into. You willl see a pop up that asks 'You are moving X item to the domain "DOMAIN NAME". Are you sure?' Click Ok to continue.
