A policy administrator* can resolve comments made by Policy Approvers,. You will need access to the Management Console and the Policy Management.
Select Search, using the various filters you to help refine your search parameters. Remember to change the Policy Status to either:
Live - for any policies that are currently available to users and a new version is going through the approval process
In Development - for any new policies that are going through the approval process
Once you select the relevant policy, under the Document tab you will be able to view the total comments made and how many have been resolved.
Select Open Policy and select the Comment tab on the Policy information panel. You will now be able to Reply and Resolve any comments left by the Policy approvers.
