To be able to review, make comments and approve a policy, you need to have the Policy Approver permission* enabled on your user account.
From the Management Console and select Policy management.
Select Policy approval and will be presented with Policies awaiting approval and Policies approved (these policies have been approved by all named approvers).
Select the relevant policy by clicking on the name of policy. On the left hand panel, select Comments.
You will have the ability to add a comment, review and reply comments left by other policy approvers and policy managers.
You will have the ability to filter out comments that have been resolved by selecting 'Show unresolved comments only'
Once you have added any relevant comments. Select Close Policy.
