You have the option to assign policies without an attestation to an Audience Group. This allows you to make policies available to users without asking them to attest to the policy.
Depending on if you have the apprroval workflow turned on or not youw ill be able to access the following under the Information (No approval/Manual approval) or Assignment tab (approval work flow), you will need to complete the following fields and then select Update Policy/Assignment Information
You will then see the total number of people who have been assigned the policy as optional:
Category | This is the category on the home page where the policy will appear for the user e.g. Human Resources |
Sub-category | This is the sub-category where the policy will appear for the users e.g. category: Human Resources; sub-category: Recruitment |
Policy set |
This is used to group your policies and choose the order in which they appear to the user within the subcategory You can choose from exsiting policy sets or create a New Policy Set: If there are a number of policies, you wish to appear together in a specific order you should put them in the same policy set e.g. Global AML Policy; Additional AML Policy for the US; Sanctions Policy |
Audience groups |
Select the audience group who are required to attest to the policy by selecting the relevant items from the Non-Selected Items and click on Add to Selected items button which will move the relevant audience group to the Selected Items area. Policies can have more than one audience group who may need to attest to a policy. |
Anonymous Policy |
