The Certified Persons tab of the Certified Persons register shows all current CPs, their status
You will need access to the Management Console and SMCR registers. On the registers tab click on the certified persons register to access the Certified Persons tab*
To add a new Certified Person to the register go to the Add Certified Person section of the page. You can type or copy and paste the CPs email addresses into the text box. You can add more than one CP at a time as long as each email separated by commas, semi-colons or a new line*. Once you are happy click Add users, if adding multiple users you will see a note of how many have been successfully added or any that could not be added. The reasons why a user may not be added are because there is not a matching live account for that user.
You also have the option to link your certified register to an audience group via the Settings tab, this will mean that you can update user attributes of your CPs and this will automatically add them to the register. If you choose to link and audience group you will no longer be able to add users manually to the register.
Navigate to the Settings tab of your CP register, scroll down the page until you find the Audience Group setting. Use the drop down to pick from available Audience groups. Click update settings to save your choice. A pop up box will appear noting how many CPs are due to be added and how many CPs are to be removed if there are any users who have been manually added who are not part of your audience group, those will be the users who will removed, if you are happy click Ok on the pop up to continue.
