From the Managers tab click on the name of the senior manager you can view their details which is broken down into six tabs. These tabs will allow you to remove an SM from the register, view issued Statements or issue a new certificate. View training/policy declaration records and add notes or uploaded documents related to the user.
The profile tab will show the attributes held in the system against the Senior Manager, the same attributes you would see if searched for the user in user management. In this view the attributes will be read only, the only attributes you should be able to update are the IRN number and to tick a box to flag the SM as a Non-Executive director (NED). If you have data feed in place and you are sending the IRN number via user provisioning you will be unable to change the number here and should instead ensure it is updated via the feed.
If you wish to remove a SM from the register scroll to bottom of the profile page and click Remove from register.
