The Access Control tab of the Senior Manager register shows all current users who have some kind of admin permission to the register. Here is where you can grant access to other admins if you are an owner. You will also be able to remove/revoke or change access. If you have created the register you will automatically become an owner and be able to grant access to others.
You will need access to the Management Console and SMCR registers. On the registers tab click on a Senior Manager Register to access the Access Control tab*
There are three levels of admin access
• Owner - Manage/edit this register and SMs. They will also be able to add and remove other Admins
• User - Manage/edit this register and SMs, they will not be able to add and remove other Admins
• View - Can only review information. Access will be read only.
To grant access to a new admin under Access Control select the blank email field and start typing to find the user you would like to grant access to. Note the users you are able to choose from are defined from a list of domains you have access to and users who have the 'Access register' permissions in their role. If you are unable to find a user speak to your Customer Success Manager. The user will need to have an account on the portal and also be in a domain you have access to. Next from the drop down choose the level of access you would like to give this user and Click Grant Access.
The user you have given admin permissions to will appear in table together with their level of admin. If you want to revoke access to the register click 'Revoke' against the relevant user.
If you want to change a users level of access, for example make an owner a user. You will first need to revoke their access and then add them again with their new level of access.
*if you do not see senior managers register available for you to click on you may need to check if you have been given access to view and edit. If you need help with creating entities and registers check out this article Creating an entity and registers If you do not see the access control tab this is because you are not an owner.
