Registering a gift and/or hospitality on the Gifts and Hospitality Register

The Gifts and Hospitality register will either be found along the top of the portal page or possibly set as a tile on your homepage. 

Once you have select the Gifts and Hospitality register, you will be asked 'What do you want to do?' and using the drop down option, you can select from various options including: Receive a gift, offer a gift, receive hospitality or offer hospitality. Select the appropriate option and you will now be presented with the form to complete.

Please note that any field that has an '*' is a mandatory field, additional information is provided by clicking the '?' icon.

Once all the fields are completed, simply click Submit. Your completed submission can be found under the My Submission tab along with the current status of the submission. If you want to know more about how to review the submissions you have made, go to Review my Gifts and Hospitality submissions
