The Archive tab of the Senior Managers register shows the details of SMs who have been removed from the register and provides the available to add them back to the register.
You will need access to the Management Console and SMCR registers. On the registers tab click on a Senior Manager Register to access the Archive tab*
You will be able to see a table of managers who were removed from the register and their last status as well as if they were issued a Statement of Responsibility and the status of that (Accepted or rejected). Although they appear on the Archive tab within the register this does not mean their account has been archived on the portal. If you click on a archived Senior Manager name you will be taken into their profile/details. Scroll to bottom of the Profile tab and click Add to register to re add the SM to the register.
