The Settings tab of the Senior Manager Register allows you to change certificate settings including formatting the certificate, editing the issuing questions, select if the Issuer and/Owner should receive the Accept/Reject certification email and the declarations settings.
You will need access to the Management Console and SMCR registers. On the registers tab click on a Senior Manager Register to access the Settings tab*
You will then be able to use the appropriate fields to edit and format the Header and Footer of the certificate. You can edit in the rich text editor or change to the code editor. Use this field to upload images or a signature.
Under the footer field, you will be able to tick additional attributes to include on the SoR, this will pull through from data we hold on the system.
The ''Request Acceptance'' option will be ticked by default. If ticked, the user will be prompted to accept or reject the SoR. If you are giving the option for the user to accept or reject the certificate, you may want to customise the wording in the 'Acceptance' and 'Reject reason' question fields.
The "Send accept/reject email to" this functionality allows you to select if both the Issuer of the SoR and the owner of the register should receive the acceptance or rejection notification email.
If you have launched the Conflict Management or Fit and Proper Questionnaires via the portal, you can also add declaration settings. By selecting a module and choosing the requirement you can pick whether the completion of the module is enforced within the register. If enforced, this means if a user has not completed the declaration module in the required period you will not be able to issue the Statement of Responsibilities.
When you are happy with your changes click Update Settings.
*if you do not see Senior Manager register available for you to click on you may need to check if you have been given access to view and edit. If you need help with creating entities and registers check out this article Creating an entity and registers If you do not see the access control tab this is because you are not an owner. Someone with Owner permissions will need to grant you access.
