Once you have your Offline Activity created and your users start recording their training, along with the My Team or My Company pages being available to review users progress, if you have access to the Management Console you will have access to Metrics which provides an overview for different user roles.
- Activity overview – will show all activities and their status, as well as a breakdown of activities and their individual totals.
- Approval required – will show an overview all activities that are awaiting approval and the length of time they have been waiting in week periods, along with a further breakdown of the activities and the individual totals.
