As a line manager, you may have access to the My Team* page which will allow you to review your teams training records and progress along with any direct reports that report into your team members.
Make sure you use the view all users drop down or search box to locate a team member. If you are not seeing one of your team members in this area this could be because of a couple of factors.
1. The account for that team member has been archived.
2. The account for that team member does not have you listed as their line manager
In both cases the issue is user data and normally things like this are fixed on the next data feed. If this issue persists contact your company admin to ask for this data to be updated.
*The My Team page may have a different label in your portal
