You may need to approve a event booking requests by your team members as their line manager. You should receive a notification email informing you that you have items that need your approval or need to be actioned.
Once you have logged into the Portal, under the My Team* page, you will should see a tab called Approval required. Within this tab you will see a header called Approval required for Event and a list of items you need to action, the date of the event, the trainee and event name and location.
To open, simply click on to the relevant request, review the details and either approve by selecting Approve booking or Reject booking. You may be promoted to provide some additional information.
