The assignments report doughnut will show the split of of Completed, Pending and Overdue Assignments of Mandatory activities or those with a deadline. Hover over the colour segments to see the total number of activities for each segment.
Click View Assignments report to view the report in more detail and drill down through the groupings.
A pop up will appear and the report will be broken down into 3 groupings:
Completion rate by Learning Path
This will show a list of all mandatory learning paths assigned to users within your remit and next to the name of each training a summary of the total numbers of completed pending and overdue assignments. The bar next each training shows you the proportion of completed, pending and overdue using a RAG rating.
Clicking on a learning path will open a new screen which will show you a list of all active users who are assigned that learning path, their status and the data completed (if there is one). Clicking on a user will open the training record for that learning path.
Completion rate by X (optional)
You can choose to specify a user attribute such as department that will be used to produce grouped output in the reports. Speak to your Customer Success Manager if you want to change or update this.
Just like the completion rate by Learning path it will show you the totals of completed, pending and overdue assignments against a RAG rating for each of the attribute values. Clicking on a value will drill down to the next level and display the completion doughnut, learning path summary and overdue users for that value only. By clicking on a learning path or a user you can drill down further.
Users with overdue assignments
This will show a list of all users within your remit with overdue assignments, a total of overdue assignments for each user and their earliest deadline. Clicking on a user will show you a summary of their assignments alongside the users status.

**Use the search box to filter by learning path name, completion status, user or any value within that grouping. Example: Search "May" to show all users within a May date as their earliest overdue deadline.
