To add a new events to the Event Management System, you will need access to the Management Console and access to the Events Management.
To be able to create a new event and future sessions you will first need to create a learning path, you can do this by going to the Management Console, then Events Management and click on to add a new learning path.
Give your learning path an appropriate title and code and save it to the appropriate domain e.g. Domain>Events. Click on Create learning path
Next, you can create the event within the learning path.
Click Edit content on the right hand side of the page and select Event under Add a new activity
Give your event an appropriate name and Course duration and Course days then click Add.
Next: you can then click Manage Event to start adding new sessions, please refer to Adding event sessions to an event within the Event Management system
