Audience groups are used to assign training to groups of users and grant access to other resources, such as portal pages, policies or events.
Audience groups can be static or dynamic.
- Users are assigned manually to static audience groups
- Users are assigned to dynamic audience groups automatically using rules based on user attributes (department, location, job role etc).
Audience groups can be used to assign learning paths with deadlines or without. Using our automatic assignments feature you can a pick different deadline period for current users and new starters.
