As a line manager, you may have access to the My Team* page which will allow you to review your teams training records and progress along with any direct reports that report into your team members. In your portal, go to the My Team page and select the Team tab.
In the Team tab, you will have a list of your direct reports and some high level information including the number of direct reports and alerts associated to your team members.
To open their records, click on your team member's name or the arrow icon on the right hand side. You will now be presented with the following tabs:
Training records - you will be able to review and access any training records for that team member
Team - if your team member has their own direct reports, you will be able to access their records and continue to drill down through the hierarchy
Assignments - this will show the current assignment progress for your team member along with completion wheels which will show the percentage of overdue, completed and pending assignments.
*The My Team page may have a different label in your portal
