As part of the Training 360 product you may need to approve a training record that the trainer or your line manager has added for you. You should receive a notification email informing you that you have items that need your approval or need to be actioned.
Once you have logged into the Portal, under the My Learning* page, you will should see a tab called Approval required. Within this tab will be a list of items you need to action, the date when the training took place and the trainer's details.
To open, simply click on to the training record, review the details and either approve by selecting Yes or reject by selecting No. You may be promoted to provide some additional information or upload some evidence or documentation.
When you are ready, click on Update training record.
