If your portal supports multiple languages, you can have policies appear to your user in their preferred language but uploading the translated PDF to the relevant policy in Policy Management.
You will need access to the Management Console and the Policy domain where the policy is allocated. Go to Policy Management and select Search. Using the search options, locate and select the relevant policy.
Go to the Languages tab and complete the following fields and Add new language version
Language | Using the dropdown, select the language of the translated policy you wish to upload |
Title | You can update the title of the policy in the correct language |
Description | Add a description of your policy document, this will appear to the user on the left hand side when the policy is opened |
Policy document (.pdf file) |
Upload the pdf version of your translated policy. Depending on your set up, you may also need to upload the Word version |
