You can add links to external webpages that your users may find useful. You will need access to the Management Console and the Policy domain where the policy is allocated. Go to Policy Management and select Search. Using the search options, locate and select the relevant policy.
Go to the Links tab, add the title of the webpage under Name and the full URL in the URL box and select Add.
You will also have the ability to delete any links no longer required.
Tip: if you are using an intranet page or SharePoint site, ensure that the Audience Groups allocated to this policy also have access to these pages.
