To help manage your policies effectively, you may find it useful to have different domains for specific types of policies e.g. an Human Resource domain and an IT domain. This will then allow you to grant access to specific administrator to those domains, giving them access only to the policies they will be responsible for managing.
You will need access to the Management Console and the Policy Management. Go to Policy Management and select Domain. Give your Domain a name, it would be useful to use terminology that reflects both the policy types that will be allocated to the domain. And select the Add domain.
