Access to view, create and edit reports, you will need access to Management Console and Management Information. From here, you can see the reports that are assigned to you. To create a new report, please go to Creating and editing a report
Once you have the report ready you can either run a live report or save the report and run it at a later stage.
Run a live report - Click Run report straight away to see the data results, either as a drill down screen in
another tab of your browser window or an excel straight to your device.
Save as a new report definition – To save the report by giving your report a name. You will have the option to save to your report area (do not share with other administrators) or to share in a MI domain you have available to you by choosing one from the drop down and share it with other team members who have access to that relevant domain
