When asking for help and raising a ticket by emailing or submitting a support form request you may want to include a screenshot to better illustrate what errors or problems you are encountering.
Depending on the device you are using there will be different methods/shortcuts to do so:
Windows/PC:
1. Take a image of whole screen
Hold down the "ALT" key and press "Print Screen" on your keyboard. If have more than one monitor or screen and you only want to capture one screen place your cursor on the screen from which you want a screenshot. Make sure there is a program window on that screen, otherwise you will get a shot of both screens anyway.
2.If you want to capture a specific part of your screen hit the Windows key +Shift +S will open the Snip and sketch app use, use your mouse or track pad to expand and select the area you want to copy. Once selected the image will automatically saved to your clip board ready to copy
For either option you can then right click and chose paste options or hold "CTRL" and press "V" to paste in to your email or a word document. If you have various items from your clipboard to copy you can use the short cut Windows Key + V to view your dashboard and select the items you want to paste .
Macs: Hold the 'COMMAND' and 'SHIFT' keys together and press the number '3'. Your Mac captures the entire screen and saves it as a file on the desktop.
iOS/iPhone/iPad: Press the 'Home' and 'Sleep/Wake' button at the same time. Your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo. You can then find it in the photos app.
