To log into your account on the portal click on the link provided in your initial welcome email, this will take you to a login screen.
To login and access your training you will need to enter your username and password (both which should be provided in your welcome email) into the matching fields. You can type in your username and password or copy and paste the details into the appropriate fields, you will need to pay special attention to the spelling and making sure you do not copy across any additional spaces or characters. The details will need to completely match to allow you to successfully login.
Once logged in successfully for the first time you will be prompted to update your password to one of your own choosing. This password will need to match the complexity requirements which you will be prompted on. If your password fails to meet the complexity requirements you will be unable to continue.
If you return to login at a later date and you have forgotten your password you can use the reset password tab, enter your email address and if there is a matching live account for that email address you will be sent a temporary link that will allow you to set your new password. Again, your password will need to meet the complexity requirements and the new and confirm password fields will need to match for your to continue.
