Administrators can create new modules in the domains they have access to.
Navigate to the Content management screen under the Management Console tab. Then select Add a new module link on the right-hand side.
There are several options:
- Create a blank module
Create a module without a single page.
- Create a module from PowerPoint
Each slide is captured as an image and added to individual pages.
- Create a module from PDF
Each page is captured as an image and added to individual pages. Tip: save the document in a landscape orientation.
- Create a module from a video
Create a one-page module containing the uploaded video. Should the module be set to complete after the user watches the video, make sure to add a page after the video.
- Create a tracked hyperlink
Create a Learning path activity. When the user opens the link, the activity is set to complete.
- Create module from existing modules
Search and duplicate existing modules on this portal. If the skin selected for the new module differs from the original, the new module may appear differently.
Once created, the new module will open, allowing you to add amendments as needed.
