When configuring your policy settings, you can edit the standard attestation question to fit your requirements as a business.
To do this, go to Management console > Policy Management > Settings.
Click on the option to 'Edit Policy attestation question settings'
The form to edit the English/default version will appear. If you have alternative languages enabled on your application, you can click
next to the language to edit.
Edit attestation
Title: This is the title that will appear on the attestation box
Completed on: Once a user completes their attestation this text will appear followed by the date they attested
Question: The attestation question posed to the end user.
Submit: The text that will appear on the submit button that is enabled once an option is selected
Comments: Text that will appear if an option is selected that requires comments
Question options
The standard response will have 2 options. However, you have as little as one option or can have up to 5 options, click 'add' to add a new option or 'delete' next to any options you want to remove
Status: Set the appropriate status for the option. Either accepted or declined.
Response: The text that will appear as the response option to the end user and be recorded in the training record
Comments: Choose whether comments should be on or off
Comments required: Any text here will mean that the user will not be able to continue without submitting comment a comment. The text entered here will appear in the pop-up that notifies users of comments are needed. (see example below
