If you are in the approval workflow for any of compliance registers e.g. the Gifts and Hospitality register, and you are not available for a set amount of time and/or you will be out of the office, you can nominate another colleague to receive these submissions and take any approval actions on your behalf.
To nominate a colleague, go to the relevant compliance register, and select the Settings tab
(if you do not have this tab, please contact your administrator or firstname.lastname@example.org)
Within the Out of Office Setting, select the relevant date range and search for your nominated colleague.
You can also select whether your nominated colleague should be able to forward the submissions, should they enable their Out of Office setting while your out of office is still enabled
Allow Forwarding - No: this means that if your nominated colleague enables their Out of Office setting, the relevant submissions will not be sent to the next nominated person
Allow Forwarding - Yes: this means that if you nominated colleague enables their Out of Office setting, the relevant submissions will be sent to the next nominated person
